Abstract:
A magnetic fluid sealing shaft assembly, comprising: a housing (1) provided with an accommodating cavity (12), fixing structures (14) being provided on the inner walls of the accommodating cavity (12); a rotating shaft (2), mounted in the accommodating cavity (12) in a supporting manner; magnetic fluid sealing devices (3), located in the accommodating cavity (12), wherein inner sleeves of the magnetic fluid sealing devices are fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft (2) in a sealing manner, and spaces allowing for the magnetic fluid sealing devices (3) to jump along with the rotating shaft (2) and/or adjust mounting angles and positions are reserved in the housing; and elastic members, mounted on outer sleeves of the magnetic fluid sealing devices (3) in a sealing manner, and connected to the fixing structures (14) in a sealing manner. By using the elastic mounting of the magnetic fluid sealing devices, the shaft assembly compensates for the effect of insufficient accuracy of the flatness of the fixing structures, the perpendicularity and coaxiality between the rotating shaft and the fixing structures, and the axial and radial jumping of the rotating shaft, etc., and eliminates the additional axial force, radial force, external torsion, statically indeterminate force, etc. subjected to by bearings in the magnetic fluid sealing devices during operation, such that the magnetic fluid sealing devices can be applied to products such as pumps, thereby ensuring the effect of sealing of products such as pumps. Also included are a shielding motor and a shielding pump which comprise the described shaft assembly.
