Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of magnetic circuit theoretical application, and particularly relates to magnetic core design. Provided are a magnetic core taking the skin effect of a magnetic flux into consideration and a design method therefor. The cross section of a magnetic core, through which a magnetic flux flows, is used as a reference face; the shape of the cross section of the magnetic core is designed in view of the electromagnetic characteristic, the temperature characteristic, the magnetic flux amplitude and the operating frequency of the magnetic core; and a closed or interrupted air path is formed inside the magnetic core by means of stretching the reference face along the path of the magnetic flux, such that a magnetic core having a pipeline structure is formed. When a high-frequency magnetic flux is introduced into a magnetic core, the magnetic core taking the skin effect of a magnetic flux into consideration and the design method therefor provided in the present invention can reduce the weight of the magnetic core, reduce the loss and a rise in temperature of the magnetic core, and have the effect of inhibiting the skin effect of the magnetic core.
