Abstract:
In the present invention, in a first mode, a control unit (40) performs: a first operation for controlling a combined electromagnetic force (F) of electromagnets (51, 52) so that a supported body moves within a predetermined movement range; and a second operation for acquiring temperature drift correlation information indicating a correlation between a reference value (R) and input/output characteristics of a position sensor (30) on the basis of the reference value (R) and the input/output characteristics of the position sensor (30) in the first operation. In a second mode, the control unit (40) performs: a third operation for controlling the combined electromagnetic force (F) of the electromagnets (51, 52) according to the signal level of a detection signal of the position sensor (30); and a fourth operation for compensating the input/output characteristics of the position sensor (30) in the third operation on the basis of the temperature drift correlation information and the reference value (R) in the third operation.
