A magnetic bead reagent uniform mixing apparatus, a uniform mixing method, and a sample analysis device, the uniform mixing apparatus comprising: a magnetic member (100), a reagent container storage mechanism (200), and a drive mechanism, the reagent container storage mechanism having at least one mounting part (210) used for mounting a magnetic bead liquid container (410) storing magnetic bead reagent to be uniformly mixed, the mounting part (210) being arranged to correspond to the magnetic member (100), enabling the magnetic bead liquid container (410) positioned on the mounting part (210) to be within a magnetic field. The drive mechanism has a drive structure capable of driving at least one of the magnetic member (100), the mounting part (210), and the magnetic bead liquid container (410) to move, and making the magnetic magnetic bead liquid container (410) produce movement relative to the magnetic field. The direction of the magnetic force acting on the magnetic beads is changed by means of the relative movement between the magnetic bead reagent and the magnetic field, such that the magnetic beads flow along different directions under the action of the magnetic force, achieving the objective of uniform mixing, without the need for manual uniform mixing by the user, and increasing the efficiency of uniform mixing of magnetic bead reagents.
