Abstract:
Disclosed is a machining technology for a high corrosion resistance zinc strip, the machining technology for a high corrosion resistance zinc strip comprising the following steps: obtaining a suitable amount of a stainless steel composite zinc strip, and removing iron oxide scale, dirt and surface impurities from a stainless steel composite zinc strip to be treated; using a flame torch to heat the stainless steel composite zinc strip from which impurities are removed, the heating temperature being 1000-1205°C, so that the interface of the whole zinc strip can be uniformly heated; using low-temperature tempering immediately after heating, the tempering temperature being 180-260°C, and allowing the strip to stand for 2-4h for later use. According to the machining technology for a high corrosion resistance zinc strip in the present invention, impurity removal, purification treatment, heating, low-temperature tempering, sulfuric acid cleaning and other processing steps are carried out on a stainless steel composite zinc strip, thus the stainless steel composite zinc strip is subjected to secondary utilization, a pure zinc strip finished product is prepared, and corrosion protection treatment is simultaneously carried out on the surface of the prepared zinc strip such that the wear resistance of the zinc strip is greatly improved, and the service life of the zinc strip is prolonged.
