The present invention relates to an LWRT-based undercover forming apparatus in which a guide portion of a separation unit is horizontally projected from lead ends of both horizontal sides of an upper mold die, and corresponding thereto, a support unit is horizontally projected from lead ends of both horizontal sides of a lower mold die, such that a first separation unit and a second separation unit are elongated to each lead end of both horizontal sides of each of the upper mold die and the lower mold die, such that when combining an upper mold unit and a lower mold unit by the first separation unit and the second separation unit, not only a raw material sheet of an LWRT-based undercover, but also a scrap portion can be simultaneously separated in a rapid and simple manner, and thus, by excluding a separate separation process, the manufacturing cost and manufacturing time of an undercover can be maximized, and safety accidents from additional operations of a worker can be prevented in advance while promoting convenience for the operator. By rapidly and accurately separating the raw material sheet and scraps, the apparatus improves the manufacturing process of an LWRT-based undercover and prevents formation of wrinkles in the undercover, and thus can improve the durability and outer appearance of the undercover and maximize the quality of the undercover. The present invention also promotes miniaturization of the LWRT-based undercover forming apparatus through an optimized structure and placement thereof, and thus can reduce the installation cost of the forming apparatus and the time and costs of maintenance and repair, enhance space efficiency, and improve safety and reliability.
