Abstract:
A lower chamfering device, comprising a seat cylinder (100), a first power assembly (200), a second power assembly (300), a transmission shaft assembly (400), and a grinding wheel (500), wherein the seat cylinder comprises a cylinder body (110), two ends of the cylinder body are respectively a first open end (111) and a second open end (112), the transmission shaft assembly is provided in the cylinder body and connected to the first power assembly, one end of the transmission shaft assembly is connected to the second power assembly, the other end of the transmission shaft assembly extends out of the first open end and is connected to the grinding wheel, and an included angle between a grinding face (510) of the grinding wheel and a face (510), which is to be ground, of a workpiece (800) is a preset angle; and the first power assembly drives the transmission shaft assembly to move in the axial direction thereof, the second power assembly drives the transmission shaft assembly to rotate, and the moving direction of the first power assembly is the same as the axial direction of the transmission shaft assembly. By means of the structure, the feeding efficiency of the grinding wheel is the same as that of the first power assembly, thereby improving the machining efficiency of chamfering workpieces.
