Abstract:
A low temperature denitration catalyst thermal regeneration device, comprising: a fixed pedestal (1), bearing rods (2), a mounting base plate (3), a mounting cylinder (4), an exhaust pipe (5), an exhaust head (6), a feeding pipe (7), a feeding cylinder (8), unidirectional flow limiting heads (9), a telescopic mechanism (10), a push rod (11), a push plate (12), a sealing plate (13), adapting rods (14), an evaporation chamber (15), a communication pipe (16), a mounting valve (17), a mounting top frame (18), a drive motor (19), a rotating rod (20), stirring blades (21), a lead-out pipe (22), a heating wire (23), a lead-out cylinder (24), fixed blocks (25), an adjusting rod (26), a flow guide vane (27), and a rotating handle (28). According to the low temperature denitration catalyst thermal regeneration device, by means of retraction and extension of the telescopic mechanism (10), a cleaning solution is introduced and excess air is exhausted, and by heating by means of the provided heating wire (23) and adjusting the rotating handle (28), excess gas is effectively evaporated and the catalyst in the evaporation chamber is leaded out, thereby finishing purification and regeneration of the denitration catalyst.
