Abstract:
A low-noise and low-resistance automatic centrifugal shifting mechanism, comprising: a first transmission member (1), a second transmission member (2), a pawl member frame (3), a ratchet wheel (4), a pawl member (5), a centrifugal linkage member (6), a balancing member (7), a first elastic member (8) and a second elastic member (9). The centrifugal linkage member (6) is mounted on the pawl member frame (3) and can swing relative to the pawl member frame (3), the pawl member is mounted on the pawl member frame (3) or the centrifugal linkage member (6) and can swing relative to the pawl member frame (3) and the centrifugal linkage member (6). When a counterweight part (60) of the centrifugal linkage member moves towards the direction of the ratchet wheel, a pawl portion (50) is disengaged from the ratchet wheel, and when the counterweight portion (60) moves away from the ratchet wheel, the pawl portion (50) is engaged with the ratchet wheel. When the pawl member (5) and the ratchet wheel (4) move in unison, the pawl member (5) swings relative thereto under the action of the first elastic member (8). The mechanism reduces the sound of the pawl portion of the pawl member striking the ratchet wheel and the friction force between the pawl portion and the ratchet wheel when the pawl member and the ratchet wheel move in unison, forming a low-noise and low-resistance automatic centrifugal shifting mechanism.
