Abstract:
A low-gram-weight high-strength cast film and a preparation method therefor. The cast film comprises a blending core layer and two polyethylene (PE) skin layers. The blending core layer is sandwiched between the two PE skin layers to form a three-layer cast film structure. The PE skin layers are prepared from a PE mixture. The blending core layer is prepared from a PP and PE mixture, and the PP and PE mixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 260 parts of a PE mixture; 18-70 parts of a PP copolymer; 3-23 parts of a solubilizer; and 8.5-22.5 parts of a color masterbatch. The solubilizer comprises a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the weight ratio of the polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester to the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer to the polyvinylpyrrolidone is (1-7):(1-15):1. The design of the intermediate blending core layer improves the mechanical property of the low-gram-weight cast film.
