Abstract:
A low-energy-consumption dynamic thermal management system for solid matter prevention and control in a distributed oil-gas transportation pipeline, which system belongs to the technical field of flowing fluid safety guarantee of oil-gas transportation pipelines. The system comprises a pipeline data monitoring end, a current and electric pulse control end, a land console, an electric heating end, a wiring flange, an oil-gas transportation pipeline and a valve structure. By means of the system, a pipeline data monitoring end monitors an internal state of a pipeline in real time and transmits monitoring data to a current and electric pulse control end in real time, and the current and electric pulse control end generates different thermal responses to an electric heating end according to the internal state of the pipeline; and an internal temperature of the pipeline is increased by means of generating a continuous current, and the pipeline is de-blocked by means of generating a high-power electric pulse, thereby realizing real-time monitoring and local temperature dynamic control of an oil-gas pipeline. By means of the present invention, the power cost of maintaining the temperature of a pipeline for a long time can be significantly reduced, the usage of hydrate inhibitors, wax deposition inhibitors, etc., is also avoided or significantly reduced, the safety management cost of an oil-gas transportation pipeline is reduced, and the de-blocking efficiency is effectively improved, such that the present invention has very strong applicability.
