Abstract:
A low-damping rotation apparatus and an operation method therefor. The low-damping rotation apparatus comprises a rotating part and a fixed part. The rotating part comprises a vertically placed rotation shaft (7) and a magnet module fixed on the rotation shaft (7). The fixed part comprises a first permanent magnet (2) and a first jewel bearing (5) that are located above the rotation shaft (7), and a second jewel bearing (11) that is located below the rotation shaft (7). The rotation shaft (7) is gripped and rotated by the first jewel bearing (5) and the second jewel bearing (11). The magnet module and the first permanent magnet (2) generate mutual attraction, and by adjusting the vertical position of the first permanent magnet (2), the pressure of the rotation shaft (7) on the second jewel bearing (11) is adjusted. In the described apparatus, the vertical position of the first permanent magnet is accurately adjusted so as to reduce the moment of resistance of rotational friction.
