Abstract:
The present invention relates to a loosening prevention nut and, more particularly, to a loosening prevention nut enabling tight fastening of a screw shaft by means of a strain rate of a spring itself which is mounted inside a nut and tightly covers the outer circumferential surface of a screw thread of a bolt being screw-coupled, and thus preventing arbitrary loosening even if vibration or impact is applied from the outside. The nut comprises: an insertion portion inserted inwardly with the upper side as a starting point; a nut body having, on the center of the lower end of the insertion portion, a screw hole having a smaller inside diameter; and a loosening prevention portion which is positioned inside the insertion portion of the nut body, tightly holds the outer circumferential surface of the screw shaft of the bolt by means of the tensile force of itself and thus prevents loosening. By means of having an inclined angle, in which both end parts are inclined upward with a center line as a starting point and the outside diameter is equal to the inside diameter of the insertion portion of the nut body, the nut comes in tight contact with a screw surface of the bolt due to the tensile force of the inclined angle and can prevent loosening.
