Abstract:
The present invention relates to a longitudinally-rotating valve clack shielding valve capable of being updated online without disassembly. The longitudinally-rotating valve clack shielding valve comprises a valve body (1) and a valve rod (12). A pressing plate assembly (6) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the valve rod (12). A valve clack assembly is arranged in an inner side area of the pressing plate assembly (6). The valve clack assembly is transversely and movably connected to the pressing plate assembly (6). A rotary stepping control mechanism is arranged on one side of the valve clack assembly. The valve clack assembly comprises a valve clack (5) and a movable shaft (2) transversely fixed in the middle of the valve clack (5). Two ends of the movable shaft (2) respectively penetrate long waist holes (601) on two sides of the pressing plate assembly (6). A working surface at the bottom of the valve clack (5) corresponds to a valve port (101) in a flow channel of the valve body (1). The rotary stepping control mechanism is arranged at one end of the movable shaft (2). According to the present invention, the valve is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, has high hardness, has a long service life, has neither internal leakage nor external leakage, and has the characteristics of a plurality of valve clacks in one valve.
