Abstract:
A long-distance concrete spraying machine, comprising an underframe, a cylinder barrel mechanism (5), a rotor mechanism (7) and a hydraulic system, wherein the cylinder barrel mechanism (5) comprises an upper cylinder barrel part and a lower cylinder barrel part. A cylinder barrel, a pushing piston, a sealing piston and a sealing box body thereof match with one another, the sealing piston and the cylinder barrel form an end face seal, and an end part of a lower cylinder barrel is provided with a material collecting box (504) for collecting residual materials accumulated by the pushing piston. The rotor mechanism (7) mainly comprises a rotor shell (706), a rotor (707) and a conical distributor (709), wherein materials in each bin are continuously sprayed during the rotation process of the rotor (707). The hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic oil tank (3) and an electric motor (4), and provides power for the spraying machine. The spraying machine uses the form of an end face seal to prevent friction between a sealing component and concrete and the cylinder barrel, a rigid piston can be used as the pushing piston, sealing is achieved by means of the sealing piston, and the rotor mechanism (7) uniformly distributes the concrete to achieve pulse-free continuity; and the spraying machine further has the advantages of long-distance dust-free conveying, a long service life, etc.
