Abstract:
A long-acting non-stick coating, and preparation and construction methods therefor. The coating consists of double coatings, wherein a primer comprises, on the basis of the total weight thereof being 100%: 26-28% of a silicon sol, 4-5% of a 1% NaOH solution, 10-12% of a pigment, 8-10% of a filler, 1-1.5% of a dispersant, 28-30% of a silane, 3-3.5% of isopropanol, 6-8% of a silicone oil microcapsule, and 0.7-1% of 25% formic acid, with the balance being deionized water; and a topcoat comprises, on the basis of the total weight thereof being 100%: 1-2% of fluorosilane, and 3-5% of acetic acid, with the balance being deionized water and isopropyl alcohol at an equal mass ratio. By means of the coupling effect of fluorosilane, the non-stickiness of the fluorocarbon topcoat and the high hardness of the ceramic coating primer are organically combined, thereby obtaining a long-acting non-stick coating; moreover, the silicone oil microcapsule is added to the primer, which can continuously provide the coating with non-stickiness after the topcoat is worn, such that the duration of the non-stickiness is greatly improved, and the non-stickiness of the coating can be maintained for 3 years or more.
