Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of mounting and fixation of rollers and roller sleeves. Disclosed are a locking structure for a segmented roller sleeve, a roller capable of segmented assembly and disassembly, and an assembly and disassembly method therefor. By means of the locking structure for a segmented roller sleeve, the roller capable of segmented assembly and disassembly, and the assembly and disassembly method therefor provided in the present invention, the assembly and disassembly operations of a segmented roller sleeve on the entire roller core can be quickly completed without the need to detach major parts such as a speed reducer, a rack, a bearing and a bearing seat, thus greatly shortening the time required for maintenance, and reducing economic losses caused by the shutdown of a factory; in addition, a gap between the segmented roller sleeve and the roller core can be eliminated, such that the segmented roller is effectively prevented from loosening relative to the roller core during the operation of an apparatus.
