A locking screw (1), comprising a screw cap (2), wherein one end of the screw cap is provided with a connecting rod (3), a fastening rod (4) is at least partially embedded in the connecting rod, and the fastening rod is at least partially locked at an inner part of the connecting rod; the connecting rod is internally provided with a spring (32), and the spring abuts against one end of the fastening rod; an outer surface of the fastening rod is at least partially provided with a first external thread (42); the connecting rod comprises a connecting sleeve (31) connected to the screw cap, the connecting sleeve is internally provided with a blind hole (33), one end of the blind hole is connected to the screw cap, and the other end is provided with a locking hole (34); the fastening rod comprises a screw rod (41) that at least partially penetrates the inside of the blind hole, one end of the screw rod being provided with a first boss (43) that is embedded in the blind hole, and the first boss being embedded with an inner wall of the blind hole. The present locking screw may be adapted to many types of mechanical and electronic devices and has a flexible fastening effect.
