Abstract:
A loader-excavator control method and a loader-excavator, relating to the field of engineering machinery. The loader-excavator control method comprises the following steps: setting power upper limit thresholds P0 of a variable displacement pump (2) of a loader-excavator according to working modes of the loader-excavator, wherein the loader-excavator comprises an engine (1), the variable displacement pump (2), a traveling system (3), a loading operation system (4), and an excavation operation system (5), and the working modes comprise a traveling mode, a loading operation mode, and an excavation operation mode; and adjusting the power upper limit threshold P0 of the variable displacement pump (2) according to the actual load of the loader-excavator in the current working mode. The power upper limit thresholds P0 set in different working modes are different; and the real-time, stepless and continuous adjustment of power of the variable displacement pump (2) is implemented according to the actual load condition of the system, so that output power of the engine (1) is utilized to the maximum extent, thereby improving the working efficiency, improving the energy efficiency, and reducing the energy consumption.
