Abstract:
In the present invention, a pair of holding elements 3a, 3b are positioned facing each other with a prescribed gap therebetween and are connected by a connecting part 5. The connecting part 5 is an elastic substance and makes it possible to hold a listening device 1, with auricles held between the holding elements 3a, 3b, and attach the listening device 1 to ears. The connecting part 5 is configured mainly from a core material and a protective member, etc. The core material is tubular and is made of, e.g., an NiTi-based shape memory alloy. An electric wire 13 is inserted into the inside of the core material. The cross-sectional shape of the core material is a flat shape collapsed in the direction of a curve. Due to being configured in this manner, the core material can be easily deformed in the direction of the curve.
