A liquid storage device, an oxygen treatment assembly, and a refrigerator. The liquid storage device comprises a housing in which a liquid storage space is defined; and a gas resistance mechanism provided in the liquid storage space and dividing the liquid storage space into a gas filtering area and a non-gas filtering area between which a gas path is blocked, wherein the gas filtering area is used for allowing a gas from the outside of the housing to flow in the gas filtering area so as to realize filtering. The present invention provides a liquid storage device having a gas purification function. The gas filtering area is only a subspace of the liquid storage space, a gas path between the gas filtering area and other areas of the liquid storage space is blocked, and the gas from the outside of the housing can only flow in the gas filtering area and would not be freely diffused to the non-gas filtering area, causing impossible rapid discharging. Therefore, the liquid storage device of the present invention has a relatively high purified gas release rate.
