Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a liquid slag waste heat recovery system, characterized by a slag temporary storage device, a flow control device, a centrifugal granulation device and a moving bed device. One end of the slag temporary storage device is connected to a slag runner, the other end of the slag temporary storage device is connected to an inlet end of the flow control device, an outlet end of the flow control device is connected to an inlet end of the centrifugal granulation device, and an outlet end of the centrifugal granulation device is connected to the moving bed device. According to the present invention, by means of providing the slag temporary storage device, the influence of intermittent slag discharging from a blast furnace on a centrifugal granulation system is effectively avoided, the stable operation of the centrifugal granulation system is ensured, and the capability of emergency accident handling of the waste heat recovery system is improved; and by means of providing the flow control device, the centrifugal granulation device and the moving bed device, sufficient heat exchange of slag particles and smooth discharging of the system are effectively enhanced, thereby effectively improving the heat exchange efficiency.
