A liquid sealed mount is provided with a container (91) in which highly viscous fluid (96) is sealed in a liquid tight state, a rubber mount (97) provided to the upper part of the container (91), a rod (93) slidably inserted through the rubber mount (97), a damper plate (94) provided to an end of the rod (93), a damping force generating means comprising a gap (101) between the container (91) and the damper plate (94), a main liquid chamber (32) comprising an upper liquid chamber (912) and a lower liquid chamber (911) formed by separating the inside of the container (91) by the damper plate (94), a sub liquid chamber (29) connected to the main liquid chamber (32) and having a variable volume, and a pressurizing means for generating a pressure different between the main liquid chamber (912) and the sub liquid chamber (911) when the rod (93) is moved.
