Abstract:

It comprises a cup-shaped vessel (1) provided with a flange (1A) having an attaching hole (1D), a stud (3) formed with an attaching threaded hole and disposed at the axis of the cup-shaped vessel (1), a flexible sealing cover (7) for liquid-tightly sealing the interface between the upper end of the stud (3) and the upper end of the cup-shaped vessel (1), a high-viscosity liquid (2) sealed in a chamber defined by cooperation between the cup-shaped vessel (1) and the flexible sealing cover (7), a movable damping plate (4) fixed to the other end of the stud (3), a fixed damping plate (10) fixed between the flexible sealing cover (7) and the movable damping plate (4), and a spring member (13) disposed between the bottom surface of the cup-shaped vessel (1) and the movable damping plate (4).
