Abstract:
A liquid rubber composite node having a small radial to axial stiffness ratio, comprising a core shaft (1), a rubber body (2), a vulcanized body outer sleeve (3), a stopper block (4), and an integral outer sleeve (5). The rubber body is vulcanized between the vulcanized body outer sleeve and the core shaft so as to form a whole, and the integral outer sleeve is sleeved at the outer sides of the stopper block and the vulcanized body outer sleeve, so that when the rubber body bears radial pressure, the rubber body undergoes the composite deformation of shear and extrusion, so as to reduce the radial stiffness of the liquid rubber composite node; a dent (11) recessed towards the inner side of the core shaft is formed in the core shaft; bosses (12) are arranged at the two sides of the dent; the stopper block is arranged at the dent; the maximum outer diameter of the bosses of the core shaft is set to be greater than the minimum inner diameter of the stopper block; and when the stopper block and the core shaft relatively move in an axial direction, the bosses of the core shaft can stop the axial movement of the stopper block, thereby increasing the axial stiffness of the liquid rubber composite node, realizing the small radial to axial ratio of the stiffness of the liquid rubber composite node, and further ensuring the running stability of a vehicle.
