Abstract:
A liquid-cooling plate structure having a phase change characteristic, comprising a metal bottom plate (1) and a vapor chamber top plate (2), a continuous liquid channel groove structure (3) being provided in the upper surface of the metal bottom plate (1). The lower surface of the vapor chamber top plate (2) and the upper surface of the metal bottom plate (1) are welded at the positions of the four sides, so that the metal bottom plate (1) and the vapor chamber top plate (2) are connected into a whole. A water outlet (4) and a water inlet (5) are formed in a side face of the metal bottom plate (1), the water outlet (4) and water inlet (5) being communicated with the liquid channel groove structure (3). By means of the combination of the phase change vapor chamber and the liquid-cooling plate, the liquid-cooling plate having a phase change characteristic is formed, increasing the heat dissipation rate of the vapor chamber, and also allowing the liquid-cooling plate to have a more uniform and sufficient liquid-cooling effect.
