Abstract:

A liquid composite spring, used for vehicles, specifically rail vehicles, and comprising: a core shaft (1); an outer sleeve (2) sleeved on the upper portion of the core shaft (1), the upper portion of the core shaft (1) being located inside the outer sleeve (2), and the lower portion of the core shaft (1) being located outside the outer sleeve (2); an upper liquid chamber (4) arranged at the upper portion of the inside of the outer sleeve (2), a bottom end of the upper liquid chamber (4) connecting to the top portion of the core shaft (1); and a lower liquid chamber (5) arranged at the lower portion of the inside of outer sleeve (2), the lower liquid chamber (5) and the upper liquid chamber (4) being connected by means of a metal and rubber main spring (3); wherein, at least one flow channel body (31) is provided inside the metal and rubber main spring (3), the liquid inside the upper liquid chamber (4) and the liquid inside the lower liquid chamber (5) being in communication by means of the flow channel body (31). The liquid composite spring has vibration-reducing functionality, and can provide a variable rigidity and dampening effect.
