Provided are a liquid combined spring and a rigidity and damping adjusting method therefor. The liquid combined spring is used for vehicles, especially rail vehicles, and comprises a core shaft (1); an outer sleeve (2) sleeved on the upper portion of the core shaft (1), wherein the upper portion of the core shaft (1) is located inside the outer sleeve (2), and the lower portion of the core shaft (1) is located outside the outer sleeve (2); an upper liquid chamber (3) arranged at the upper portion of the inside of the outer sleeve (2), with the lower end of the upper liquid chamber (3) being connected to the top of the core shaft (1); and a lower liquid chamber (4) arranged at the lower portion of the inside of the outer sleeve (2), with the lower liquid chamber (4) being connected to the core shaft (1). A damping flow channel (11) is provided in the core shaft (1), and the damping flow channel (11) enables a liquid in the upper liquid chamber (3) to be in communication with a liquid in the lower liquid chamber (4). The liquid combined spring has a vibration reducing function, and can also change the rigidity and damping effects.
