A hinge structure according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises a first rotary bar (210a), a second rotary bar (210b), a first interworking gear bar (220a) and a second interworking gear bar (220b), a first support bar (230a) and a second support bar (230b), a third interworking gear bar (220c) and a fourth interworking gear bar (220d), a third support bar (230c) and a fourth support bar (230d), a first fixing shaft (110a), a second fixing shaft (110b), a third fixing shaft (140a), a fourth fixing shaft (140b), a first connection shaft (120a), a second connection shaft (120b), a third connection shaft (130a), and a fourth connection shaft (130b), wherein the third fixing shaft and the fourth fixing shaft comprise a pillar part and rail protrusions protruding on the outer circumferential surface of the pillar part, and each of the first interworking gear bar and the second interworking gear bar can comprise a first shaft insertion hole for inserting the third fixing shaft, and a first hole extension part which extends from the first shaft insertion hole and into which a first rail protrusion formed on the third fixing shaft is inserted.
