Abstract:
This link actuator (50), which actuates a parallel link mechanism (1) in which a spherical drive mechanism is configured, comprises a control device (100) configured to calculate, using spherical trigonometry, the posture of a second link hub (3) from angles βA1, βA2 indicating the posture of a first end link member (5) for a first link hub (2) of at least two link mechanisms of three link mechanisms (4). Accordingly, a link actuator that can execute forward conversion in real time is provided.
