Abstract:
A linear vibration motor, comprising a motor housing, a stator, a vibrator, and elastic support members (1) for suspending the vibrator in the motor housing, supporting the vibrator, and providing elastic restoring forces. The motor housing comprises a first side housing (2) and a second side housing (3). The first side housing comprises a first side board (4) as well as a second side board (5) and a third side board(6) respectively provided at two ends of the first side board. The second side housing comprises a fourth side board (7) as well as a fifth side board (8) and a sixth side board(9) respectively provided at two ends of the fourth side board. The first side housing and the second side housing are snap-fit to form a closed space for accommodating the stator, the vibrator, and the elastic support members. Thus, vibration feedback to a touch operation of a user can be implemented. Due to the configurations of the first side housing and the second side housing, the forming process of the motor housing is simple, the machining difficulty is relatively low, and costs are effectively reduced.
