Abstract:
This linear motion guide unit comprises: a spline shaft which has a first raceway surface that extends in the longitudinal direction and in which is provided an axial through hole that passes therethrough in the longitudinal direction; an outer tube which is attached so as to be movable relative to the spline shaft, and which has a second raceway surface opposite from the first raceway surface; and a plurality of rolling elements which roll along a raceway path constituted by the first raceway surface and the second raceway surface. The outer tube includes an endcap which includes a return path that is parallel to the raceway path and a direction-changing path that connects the return path and the raceway path, and an integral raceway component which is disposed to the outer diameter side of the return path. The raceway component includes a tubular part that has an inner diameter surface to which the second raceway surface is provided, and a flange part that protrudes to the outer diameter side from the outer diameter surface of the tubular part.
