Abstract:
A linear motion guide device allowed to be manufactured easily in a large size and capable of preventing long and thin-walled holding members and relief passage component members from being deformed and inner peripheral guide part component members from being opened, wherein holding members (11, 12, 13) extending along both side edges of load roller rolling surfaces (4d, 4d) and preventing rollers (3, ...) from falling down from the load roller rolling surfaces (4d, 4d) when a moving block (2) is removed from a track rail (1), relief passage component members (14, 14) forming a roller relief passage, and inner peripheral guide part component members (15a, 15b) forming the inner peripheral guide part for directional change are formed of a resin separately from a block main body (4) and separately from each other and assembled into the block main body (4), whereby the amount of shrinkage of each of the holding members (11, 12, 13), relief passage component members (14, 14), and inner peripheral guide part component members (15a, 15b) can be calculated before production, and thus the long and thin-walled holding members (11, 12, 13) and relief passage component members (14, 14) can be prevented from being deformed and the inner peripheral guide part component members (15a, 15b) can be prevented from being opened.
