Abstract:
The invention discloses a linear module comprising a base (1) and a movable seat (2) slidably arranged on the base (1). The base (1) is provided with a guide rail groove (3). A sliding block (4) is arranged at the lower end of the movable seat (2) and provided with a sliding chute groove (5) matched with the guide rail groove (3). Rolling balls (6) are arranged between the guide rail groove (3) and the sliding chute groove (5). The guide rail groove (3) and the rolling balls are in two-point contact, and the sliding chute groove (5) and the rolling balls (6) are in two-point contact. As for the linear module, due to the fact that the sliding chute grooves (3) and the rolling balls (6) are in two-point contact and the guide rail grooves (5) and the rolling balls (6) are in two-point contact, compared with semicircular structured modules in the prior art, the linear module has the advantages that the overall rigidity is improved, meanwhile, the pretightening force is improved by increasing the diameters of the rolling balls so that the backlash of the module can be reduced, and the operation comprehensive precision of the module is improved.
