Abstract:
A line-surface conjugation gear pair, comprising a first gear and a second gear. The first gear and the second gear form the line-surface conjugation gear pair. The line-surface conjugation gear pair comprises a curved surface Σ1 and a curve Г1 that are in continuous tangential contact. The curved surface Σ1 is located on the first gear, and only one curve on the curved surface Σ1 is in contact with the curve Г1. The curve Г1 and the curved surface Σ1 keep in point contact at a predetermined timing, and the contact point between the curve Г1 and the curved surface Σ1 is unique. The curve Г1 is a smooth curve, and the curved surface Σ1 is a smooth curved surface. Also disclosed is a design method for a line-surface conjugation gear pair.
