Abstract:
A limiting device and a battery manufacturing apparatus. The limiting device comprises a tray (100) and a limiting mechanism (200), wherein the tray (100) is provided with an avoidance space (130); the limiting mechanism (200) comprises a first limiting assembly (220), a second limiting assembly (210) and a third limiting assembly (230), which are sequentially mounted on the tray (100) in a first direction; the second limiting assembly (210) comprises a first mounting seat (211) and a first limiting member (212); the first limiting member (212) is telescopically mounted on the first mounting seat (211); in a limiting state, the first limiting member (212) extends from the avoidance space (130) and cooperates with the first limiting assembly (220) to clamp a workpiece; and in an avoidance state, the first limiting member (212) retracts into the avoidance space (130), and the third limiting assembly (230) cooperates with the first limiting assembly (220) to clamp the workpiece.
