Abstract:
A lightweight pressure reduction hydrogen supply device suitable for a hydrogen energy handheld torch, comprising a cylinder opening valve (3), a pressure reducing valve (4), a switch assembly (5), a switch execution component and a gas cylinder cap (8). The pressure reducing valve (4) is responsible for the pressure reduction of high-pressure hydrogen and is provided with three butt joint ports, a lower butt joint port (4-1) is connected to the gas cylinder cap (8), an upper butt joint port (4-2) is connected to a combustor (2), the switch assembly (5) is installed in a side butt joint port (4-3), and the switch execution component and a cylinder opening valve (3) are installed in the gas cylinder cap (8); the switch assembly (5) controls the switch execution component to open/close the cylinder opening valve (3); the cylinder opening valve (3) is connected to the opening of a gas cylinder (1) and is responsible for opening/closing the gas cylinder. The lightweight pressure reduction hydrogen supply device connects a gas cylinder to a combustor in a hydrogen energy handheld torch combustion system in series, is responsible for gas cylinder opening/closing, high-pressure hydrogen pressure reduction and hydrogen sealing, solves the problems such as pressure reduction at a large pressure reduction ratio, high reliability sealing, and low opening/closing torque, and has the advantages of wide temperature range, miniaturization and light-weight.
