Abstract:
A light-emitting element of the present invention may comprise: a first light-emitting element including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer sequentially disposed in a first direction; a second light-emitting element spaced apart from the first light-emitting element, and including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer sequentially disposed in a direction opposite to the first direction; and an insulating film surrounding a part of the first light-emitting element and a part of the second light-emitting element.
