Abstract:
The light-emitting device according to the present embodiment comprises a light-emitting element (100) and a circuit board (200) on which the light-emitting element (100) is mounted, wherein the light-emitting element (100) comprises a first conductive semiconductor layer (130), an active layer (150) disposed on the first conductive semiconductor layer (130), and a second conductive semiconductor layer (160) disposed on the active layer (150), and the active layer (150) includes a plurality of sub-active layers (152, 154) having different band gap energies.
