Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting device for a vehicle lamp and a vehicle lamp with which it is possible to obtain a plurality of light-emitting functions. Three light-emitting units 1U, 2U, 3U respectively comprise excitation light sources 1L, 2L, 3L that release excitation light L11, L12, L13, and light-emitting panels 1P, 2P, 3P that are excited by the excitation light L11, L12, L13 to emit light by releasing secondary light L21, L22, L23. The first light-emitting unit 1U is disposed on one surface side of an excitation light filter 1F and at the center of a vehicle. The second light-emitting unit 2U is disposed on the other surface side of the excitation light filter 1F. The third light-emitting unit 3U is disposed on one surface side of the excitation light filter 1F and on the outside of the vehicle. The excitation light filter 1F is not transmissive to the excitation light L11, L12, L13.
