Abstract:
A light-emitting device includes a backplane, a light-emitting part, and a drive circuit. The light-emitting part includes a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer, and a third light-emitting layer. The first light-emitting layer is disposed on the backplane and emits light having a first color. The second light-emitting layer is disposed on the first light-emitting layer and emits light having a second color. The third light-emitting layer is disposed on the second light-emitting layer and emits light having a third color. The first to third light-emitting layers include indium gallium nitride. The drive circuit drives at least one of the first, second, and third light-emitting layers according to a second current density lower than a first current density and makes a pulse width corresponding to the second drive current density to be different from a pulse width corresponding to the first drive current density.
