Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a light emitting apparatus, a light receiving apparatus, and a method and system for receiving and transmitting an optical signal. The light emitting apparatus comprises: a light source, a modulator and a digital-to-analog converter, wherein the light source is used for generating a continuous optical signal; the digital-to-analog converter is used for performing digital-to-analog conversion, and inserting a level signal between two adjacent segments of burst data, so as to generate a first analog electrical signal; and the modulator is used for modulating the first analog electric signal, which is generated by the digital-to-analog converter, into the continuous optical signal. A level signal is inserted between two pieces of burst data by means of a digital-to-analog converter, such that the problem of burst transmission can be effectively solved, thereby reducing the complexity and cost of an optical transmission system.
