A lifting type tower barrel foundation, comprising a bearing platform and a plurality of pile foundations, wherein the bearing platform is in the shape of a conical cylinder, the bearing platform is arranged above a ground plane and abuts against the ground plane, the pile foundations are connected to the bottom of the bearing platform and extend to a lower portion of the ground plane, and at least some of the plurality of pile foundations are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the bearing platform; and the bearing platform comprises a bottom ring beam, a top ring beam and a plurality of inclined columns, the bottom ring beam is located below the top ring beam, the plurality of inclined columns are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, the tops of the inclined columns are connected to the top ring beam, the bottoms of the inclined columns are connected to the bottom ring beam, and the tops of the inclined columns are located on an inner side of the bottom.
