Abstract:
A lifting assembly, comprising a lead screw (1), a bottom frame (2), a supporting plate (6), an electric motor assembly (4), a chain (13), guide rails (14), sliding blocks, a connecting plate and a nut, wherein bearings are mounted at two ends of the lead screw (1), the bottom end of the lead screw (1) is fixed to the bottom frame (2), and a top end of the lead screw (1) penetrates the supporting plate (6) and is in a transmission connection with a main shaft of the electric motor assembly (4) by means of the chain; the guide rails (14) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lead screw (1), and the sliding blocks are arranged on the guide rails (14) and slide along the guide rails (14); and the sliding blocks on the two sides of the lead screw (1) are connected by means of the connecting plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the nut, and the nut spirally moves on the lead screw (1). The guide rails (14) and the sliding blocks are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lead screw (1) and are connected by means of the connecting plate, so as to achieve synchronous lifting on the two sides of the lead screw (1). One lead screw (1) drives two sets of lifting, which can provide multiple lifting lines, and can also disperse the stress of one lifting assembly. The chain is used for power transmission, which can ensure that large torque transmission occurs and ensure the lifting stability. During the lifting process, the lifting height is determined by means of a measuring assembly, so as to prevent over-stroke operation in order to ensure the safety.
