Abstract:
A lifter control device, comprising an oil-absorbing filter (1), a gear pump (2), a high-pressure oil filter (3), a hydraulic output valve group (5), an electric control valve group (4), an oil path conversion valve (9), a control mechanism, and a lifting plunger cylinder (8). The oil path conversion valve (9) comprises a first reversing valve (91) and a second reversing valve (92) which are both mechanical valves, wherein the oil-absorbing filter (1), the gear pump (2), the high-pressure oil filter (3), the hydraulic output valve group (5), the first reversing valve (91), the electric control valve group (4), and the second reversing valve (92) are sequentially connected; and the electric control valve group (4) is connected to the second reversing valve (92) by means of another oil port. Under a first preset working condition, oil is led out of the hydraulic output valve group (5) and then enters the electric control valve group (4) by means of the first reversing valve (91) successively; and the control mechanism controls the electric control valve group (4) to supply oil to the lifting plunger cylinder (8) by means of the second reversing valve (92). Under a second preset working condition, oil is led out of the hydraulic output valve group (5) and then is supplied to the lifting plunger cylinder (8) by means of the second reversing valve (92). When the electric control mode of a lifter fails, the electric control mode and the manual control mode can be switched.
