Abstract:
The present application discloses a lifespan diagnosis device, method, program, and system for a motion guidance device, which make it possible to diagnose the lifespan with high precision. Provided is a lifespan diagnosis device for a motion guidance device in which a movable member is attached to a track member via a plurality of rolling elements so as to allow relative movement, the lifespan diagnosis device including: a stress calculating means that calculates stresses during movement for individual virtual segments defined by dividing the rolling surface of the movable member along the direction of the track formed by the track member on the basis of the amounts of displacement of the movable member with respect to the track, the stresses during movement being stresses that occur in the individual segments while the movable member is being moved; a counting means that counts, for each of the segments, on the basis of the amount of displacement, the number of occurrences of a stress during movement, which occurs repeatedly with waving during movement of the movable member along the track; and a diagnosis means that calculates, for each of the segments, a lifespan exhaustion ratio based on the magnitudes of stresses during movement and the number of occurrences of a stress during movement and that diagnoses the lifespan of the motion guidance device on the basis of the calculated lifespan exhaustion ratios for the individual segments.
