Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of design and production processes for weft knitted fabrics, and specifically to leather and fur integrated cloth and a production process. The leather and fur integrated cloth is made by using a double-sided weft knitting machine structure, the leather and fur integrated cloth uses 222 dtex/96 F polyester filaments on the front surface and 21 SJC on the reverse side, and middle connecting yarns use 83 dtex/36 F polyester filaments. According to the present invention, a weft-knitted double-sided cloth structure is used, so that the stress on the two sides of each loop is balanced, the structure is stable, a cloth cover is smoother, the hand feeling is soft, and the air permeability and the water absorption are better; this fabric not only has various characteristics of a composite fabric, but also improves the defects that the composite fabric has hard hand feeling, is easy to degum and foam, and is not environment-friendly; the production cycle of the fabric is shortened, and the production cost is reduced.
