Abstract:
This learning device (18, 18b) constructs a learning model for generating a prior acceleration command value for controlling a control target in advance when the load on a boiler (3) which is used for thermal power generation changes. The learning device comprises a learning unit (20, 20b) that generates the learning model by mechanically learning, as learning data, a data set that has been used in previous operation of the boiler and that includes a power generation command value for the thermal power generation, and the prior acceleration command value.
