Abstract:
A leakage-prevention and water-replenishing valve for a closed cycle system, comprising: a valve body (1) provided with a fluid medium inlet (11) and a fluid medium output (12), a medium channel (13) being formed between the fluid medium inlet (11) and the fluid medium output (12); a ball valve assembly (2) disposed inside the valve body (1), and controlling the opening and closing of the medium channel (13); a pressure sensor (3) disposed inside a medium replenishing channel at the downstreams of the ball valve assembly (2) and of a one-way valve plate (41), and used for measuring a fluid pressure parameter, the fluid pressure parameter being capable of representing the characteristics of a medium in the closed cycle system; a flow sensor (5) disposed at a medium channel (13) at the downstream or upstream of the ball valve assembly (2), and used for measuring the flow of a replenished fluid; and a controller (6) used for performing comparison and logical reasoning on the basis of data fed back from sensors (3,5) and preset system data, and on the basis of the comparison and logical reasoning result, controlling the action of the ball valve assembly (2). The leakage-prevention and water-replenishing valve is used for monitoring the total amount of the replenished medium in the closed cycle system and the pressure of the medium in the system, and the action of the ball valve assembly (2) is automatically controlled by the controller (6) according to the monitoring result, so as to achieve the function of automatically replenishing the medium and correctly determining whether a leakage occurs.
