Abstract:
A laser scanning unit (20) and a laser printer, relating to the technical field of laser scanning. The laser scanning unit (20) comprises a laser light source (1), a light beam combiner (2), and a scanning assembly. The laser light source (1) is used for generating multiple laser beams; the light beam combiner (2) is provided with light incident ends (22) and light exit ends (23) having one to one correspondence to the laser beams, wherein the light incident ends (22) are used for receiving corresponding laser beams, the light beam combiner (2) is used for reducing the distance between center rays of the laser beams received at the light incident ends (22), and then outputting the laser beams from the corresponding light exit ends (23), light-emitting centers of the light exit ends (23) are arranged along a straight line, and the distance between the light-emitting centers of the adjacent light exit ends (23) is the same; and the scanning assembly is used for scanning each laser beam output by the light beam combiner (2) on a photosensitive surface in a main scanning direction to form multiple rows of scanning spots. In this way, the laser scanning speed can be increased, thereby increasing the printing speed of the laser printer.
